☀The Backyard
Watch a sunset every night from the privacy of your fenced-in yard. Whether taking a dip in the pool or chatting with friends on the patio, you're guaranteed a lovely time. If you enjoy BBQs & outdoor meals, the dining space is concealed in the shade with an outdoor fan to keep things "breezy."

The large sectional couch ensures that no one sits on the floor in this living room. Open the sliding door and enjoy the evening Arizona breeze or turn on the gas fireplace and soak up the warmth. Whatever you decide, the Smart TV is ready for your streaming needs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Appliances include a stainless steel stove, oven, and fridge. The kitchen has a nice view of the backyard patio and pool.

Great space and location

We really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic location and the neighborhood is so peaceful when enjoying the outdoor space. Very comfortable beds and the entire place is clean and well maintained. The orange and great fruit trees were a wonderful surprise! A++ communication! We hope to be back! Thank you!

Nice Property, Handy Location

Lots of dining and shopping within a 10 minute drive, near Walking Stick fields, the neighborhood was quiet. We are birdwatchers and saw 8 different desert birds just in the back yard alone! If one wanted to see more, Chaparral Park is close by and a great place to take a walk. The house is spacious and comfortable and Nicolas was a very responsive host.
