The property is located on Highlands Reserve golf course on US Hwy 27, a couple of miles south of the intersection with the 192. Disney is less than 15 mins drive away. There are many other attractions in the Orlando area - Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, WonderWorks and many many more.
Regals Palms is 10 mins walk or less than 2 mins drive and features a club house where there is a bar and bar meals available. There is also a day spa where you can book various beauty treatments, massage and facials etc.
There is a Publix local supermarket right by Regal Palms, and 10 mins drive away on Hwy 27 just north of the 192 junction there is a large WalMart.
For golfers, the property is on the Highlands Reserve golf course. Plus there are over 150 other courses in the greater Orlando area! Highlands Reserve also features a community tennis court and community pool (though you'll more likely use the private pool at the villa).
