Golfing, boating, shopping, entertainment, grocery stores, hair salons are all in close proximity to the house. The community has tennis courts, a large free-form pool overlooking the lake and is bordered by preserves and the Indian River on the west side. Don't hesitate; this one will not last long. Amenities: Stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, laundry facilities, Internet access, pool, spa, tennis, golf, Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, dishes and glassware, kitchen utensils and much more. This is a gated community with a guardhouse. Activities: Beach walking, fishing, boating, golfing, swimming, aerobics, yoga, tennis, bicycling, surfing, jet-skiing and anything else you can think of! Area: About hutchinson island: The treasure coast is known for its beautiful, unspoiled beaches and Hutchinson Island is voted one of the best beaches in the country.
With both the Atlantic Ocean and the huge bay that forms part of the Intracoastal Waterway, you’ll find every water activity from snorkeling to sailing to shelling to surfing here. You can try jet skiing, fish right on the beach or just relax in the sunshine. The area features more than 60 golf courses within an hour drive. The Indian River area is also one of the finest saltwater fly fishing destinations in the world. Enjoy area restaurants, nightclubs and shopping – from small beach shops to three major shopping malls within a half hour drive. Visit local museums and other tourist attractions, including the Navy Seal Museum, the Elliot Museum, the Manatee Observation Area, Bathtub Beach/Reef, and Ft. Pierce Jai Alai. Vero Beach is only a 10 minute drive north. It is about a half hour drive from the LA Dodgers (Vero Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps. Minor league affiliates of both teams also play a full season.
Disney World and other Orlando attractions are approximately 2 hours away.
