This is a great getaway home for 2 or 3 couples, desiring the Lake Havasu experience. Newer, 2600 square feet home with nicely equipped gourmet kitchen and boat deep 3 bay garage. Home has private office/TV room. Additionally, very private pool and patio with covered BBQ and TIKI Bar. Three minutes to boat ramp. Quiet neighborhood for morning coffee overlooking the lake on the Lanai. The new mall offers unique shopping with cinema and anchor stores 5 minutes away. Downtown Lake Havasu City is 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and free parking.
