Ceiling fans in all BRs. 5 TVs all with cable and DVD player (large flat panel LCDs in family room and MBR), wireless high speed Internet access, stereo with CD and iPod dock. Dishwasher, water softener. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers, lounge chairs and picnic table. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Located near The Point with beautiful sunrise views over the ocean and sound-side sunset views. Weekly only in-season; weekly and monthly available off-season. No smoking. No pets. 10551 Wyndtree Drive.

This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

November - April $1,595; May & October $1,895; September $2,495 (any 4-week period beginning on Saturday)
