Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this charming, four bedroom, three and one-half bath home. Beautifully furnished from top to bottom!

16 Live Oak is located just a short walk from the Village Pier, shops, and restaurants, and within biking distance of the beach.

The ground level features a wonderful kitchen, dining area, large living room, and master suite with a sitting room and small porch. The second level has two additional bedrooms and a bath. The upstairs walkway provides access to the guest house, complete with its own kitchen and bath.

This lovely home features wood floors, a private pool, and will accept small dogs, under 35 lbs, for a $150-non refundable fee. Please note, the pictured spa is not heated for guest reservations.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins
