A unique, architect-designed modern beach home nestled in the live oaks of Southern Shores. The house has a unique courtyard design surrounding an ultra-private plunge pool and spa with large patio. Clean lines, funky lighting and cool colors accent the comfortable, modern furnishings. It is a short walk to the beach (no roads to cross), yet completely private.

Two story sunken great room w/ High Def entertainment center; dining room w/a large custom built table seating 10-12; an open kitchen w/a big pantry; game room w/High Def entertainment center and Xbox 360; powder room; laundry.

L2:

3 BR(MBR w/K with a separate bath and shower; 1 w/2 bunk sets, 1 w/Ts). All have digital CATV. The bunk and twin rooms share a bath.

L3:

MBR suite (w/K with CATV, gorgeous views and a deck near the treetops).
