Has 1500 sq ft living area, 4th floor with elevator, 2 bedroom/2 full baths, tiled entry and hall, new carpet throughout, new appliances throughout, new queen sized beds, large master bedroom and living room with shared screened balcony on ocean, all rooms have beach view except 2nd bedroom which views swimming pool and tennis court, 1 car underground enclosed parking with manual and electronic entrance. Hurricane shutters throughout. Pool has cabana with bbq grill.

All kitchen appliances with dishwasher, new range and new refrigerator under warranty. Laundry includes new full-size washer and dryer under warranty. Living room has color TV with CD/DVD player and upgraded stereo system easy to maneuver with some CDs and DVDs stock. Both bedrooms have TVs and the master has a DVD player. Beach items and toys available and stored in unit's reserved garage space locker under key. Common area includes swimming pool, tennis court, new barbeque and eating area.

This community of people are warm and friendly and make your stay even more enjoyable. Property location is quiet and surrounded by preserved land although typical entertainment (movies, dinner, music, etc.) is minutes away.

The location is in a quiet area of South Shores, Melbourne Beach. The property is surrounded by protected lands and a hiking/biking/running path path exists adjacent to property. This path extends for miles north or south of the property. Orlando airport is least expensive and 90 minutes away. Cocoa Beach is 45 minutes north and Cape Canaveral is just north of that. Surrounding beaches are Satellite, Indialantic, Viero, Sebastian.
