Enjoy all the comforts of home in this fully furnished modern, smoke-free condominium. This unit has 2 extra large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a large living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, kitchen and laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Enjoy the view of the mountains from each of the two decks. One deck has a Northern view of the slopes and the second deck has a Western view of the slopes.
The master bedroom has a master bath and a large walk-in closet for extra storage.
The second bedroom has a bath accessible from the bedroom or hallway and also has a walk-in closet.
Enjoy a good nights sleep on the Queen size beds. Also located in the living room is a Queen sleeper sofa.
During the winter you may walk a short 150 yard,2 blocks, 8 minute walk to the Base 9 lift or catch the free shuttle (picks up in the front of the complex) to the lifts.
Base 9 condos are located one block from historic Main Street in Breckenridge. You are within walking distance of it all; shopping, dining, night live and entertainment.
Take the free shuttle to all of Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne and the outlet malls, Dillon, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

About The Owner
Thanks for visiting our web site. My wife Julie and I reside at Lake Winnebago, MO, just south of Kansas City. We have one son and a dog. We own our own manufacturing business in Lee's Summit, Mo. I grew up in Lee's Summit and my wife was born in Vermillion, KS, but moved often as her dad worked for the railroads.
Our son works for ATT as a programmer. Now he gets paid for what he previously was in trouble for at home when growing up.

We had looked at many units in Breck and choose this unit based upon the easy access to town and the mountains. You can walk practically everywhere.
We liked the two outside decks to give two different mountain views. Most owners at this complex do not rent out, so most of the time you have the place to your self.
What makes this condo unique
This unit is large compared to other units we considered. Also the association does an excellent job of maintaining the outside appearance.
The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo and provides for privacy.
The open kitchen/living room keeps everyone in the loop and no one misses out on the actions.
