Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this fabulous five bedroom beach house with private pool. 4219 Thirteenth Street is furnished in a shabby chic beach cottage décor, and is conveniently located in the desirable East Beach community.

The entire family will enjoy the resort amenities of this one-of-a-kind vacation property. Some of this homes unique features include a tiki bar, putting green, and playground.

In early 2013 this home underwent a large renovation project that included remodeling the two downstairs bedrooms into one large bedroom while still sleeping the same number of people (one Queen and one set of bunks). New hardwood floors in all upstairs bedrooms, fresh paint, updated furniture, new bedding to include several new mattresses and multiple interior and exterior doors replaced. Suffice it to say that if you have stayed in this house before you will be most pleasantly surprised at the upgrades!

Above the open deck, stairs lead to a roof top observation point, with panoramic ocean views. And, the oversized kitchen will easily accommodate two chefs.

A public beach access is just steps from the front door. These owners will also accept pets under 35lbs for a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

During the summer season, this residence requires a 7-night minimum stay and a Saturday arrival.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 4 Queens, 2 Sets Bunkbeds
