House Decor & Furnishings: The interior features high vaulted ceilings, fans, hardwood floors, natural wood stained trim, large windows. The house interior is professionally decorated by The Urban Cottage of Duck, NC. The decor is Ralph Lauren / Coastal Living style with bright colors in nautical and golf themes. The main living area is on the top level with the great room, kitchen, dining area with the kitchen / bar overlooking the great room. The bedrooms are three master suites, twin bed room, and a kids bedroom with two bunks. All bedrooms have patio door access to the exterior decks and pool area. The large kitchen has everything you will need for preparing, dining, and entertaining. There is table seating for 12 to dine plus a granite top bar with bar stools for just hanging out. There is a full size under counter ice maker. Whether you are having a meal or just happy hour, you will love this kitchen. The house has a central Culligan water system bringing you sparkling clean water throughout the house.
Entertainment Amenities: The great room has a home theater with a 42 inch high definition plasma TV and DVD. A Bose surround sound system is built into the great room to enhance your movie watching or just listening to great music. There is an outdoor sound system with speakers on remote in the pool area. The game room with pool table and foosball table leads to the outside pool deck and has a wet bar and mini refrigerator. Each bedroom has a TV with cable service, and three of the bedrooms have DVD players. If you need to stay in touch with work or just feel like surfing the web, connect your laptop to our high speed wireless Internet.
Concierge Services: You are on vacation ... why not have somebody else do the work? Our Concierge will take care of the chores for you. Would you like the refrigerator to be stocked when you arrive? Would you like somebody to buy your groceries while you go to the beach? Would you like a private chef to prepare a meal for you at the house? Would you like a mid week cleaning or linen refresh? Do you need somebody to run errands? The Concierge is on call and will take care of it for you.
Ski: Sorry .... no skiing in The Outer Banks!

The club has a world-class practice facility, complete with practice green, driving range, pro shop, and PGA Instructors. As our guest, you will receive golf privileges, reduced greens fees, and priority tee times. The Currituck Club also provides community pools, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, playground, volleyball, game room, and jogging trails. Walk out your door and down the sidewalk to get to all of these great resort amenities. From our house, you will have a great view of the 10th tee and clubhouse.
