Our Unit is nicely decorated and has been remodeled throughout. From the Lanai, which overlooks the Pool and Jacuzzi, you can watch cruise ships tender their passengers to the Kailua Pier, catch sight of migrating Whales, watch for Dolphins and Manta Rays, and oh yes, those Beautiful Sunsets. In the Master Bedroom you will find a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors and a connecting bathroom with a walk-in glass block shower and granite counter top. The Second Bedroom has Twin Beds, a ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors; and the Second Bathroom is equipped with a stall shower and has a granite counter top. In the Living Room is a Queen sized convertible sofa which when converted allows the unit to Sleep 6. You can also enjoy Cable TV, a DVD Player, Stereo and FREE WiFi.
Sea Village is an inviting Oceanfront complex located about a mile South of Downtown Kona on Alii Drive. The complex boasts beautifully groomed grounds which include an inviting courtyard of lush tropical plants, with picnic tables and 4 Gas Barbecues. The newly renovated Pool and Jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall just feet from the Ocean. If you enjoy tennis, the Tennis Court is newly refurbished and ready to go. Located on the Sea Village grounds you will find Green Flash Coffee where you can enjoy your morning cup of Kona Coffee, get a Panini sandwich at lunch time or enjoy an ice cream cone.
Kona International Airport is 10 miles away, about a 20 minute drive. A mile away in Downtown Kona you can enjoy the Sunset from several good restaurants. Also in Downtown Kona is the Farmers Market, where you can purchase pineapples, mangos, papaya, avocadoes, tropical flowers and so much more.
Sea Village is a short distance from White Sands Beach and world class snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will also find Sea Turtles. Head South out of Kona and you will find yourself in Kona Coffee Country where you'll find free coffee samples galore. Visit Pu'uhonua o Honauna, also called The Place of Refuge, Volcanoes National Park, and if you go to Hilo don't miss Big Island Candies and their wonderful chocolate dipped shortbread.
