This desirable first floor condo, located in Midnight Cove I, has everything: King size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom along with a pull out queen pull out sofa in the living room. You can sit back and relax in the 16 foot screened lanai. This unit is comfortably furnished with all of the amenities of home. This condo will provide comfort, relaxation and convenience for up to 6 guests. The Midnight Cove complex offers a private walkway to the beautiful, white sand Crescent Beach. Tennis courts and boat docks are on site. Guests of Midnight Cove I have use of all the beach amenities which includes beach umbrellas and lounge chairs. There are two swimming pools to enjoy: one on the Gulf side of the property and one on the Bay side. The lush landscaped grounds provide you with a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Close by are shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. A short drive will bring you to the renowned St. Armand Circle.
