SUMMER RENTALS NOW AVAILABLE! 7 yr. new house that is a Colorado River Community, this house sits on the #11 fairway of the Rivers Edge Golf Course at Needles. 3 full bedrooms plus a den, completely furnished with linens and kitchen ware, and commercial ice maker. BRAND NEW TILE AND CARPET throughout. Television and basic cable provided, no movie channels, but large video library. No internet. Covered porch overlooking the golf course - patio with BBQ and furniture provided. Garage not available for tenant use, but large overflow parking lot just across the way.

SUMMER RATES VARY : FROM APRIL 1 UNTIL MAY 15TH - $125 PER NIGHT WITH $75 NON REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE. $250 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO HOLD RESERVATION. LEASE AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED. PAYMENT DUE BEFORE ARRIVAL. CALL JOANNA TO BOOK - 951 440 6711

AFTER MAY 15, $150 PER NIGHT EXCEPT HOLIDAY WEEKENDS - THEN $175 PER NIGHT. HOUSE SLEEPS A LOT OF PEOPLE. Association has pool and jacuzzi area for use WITH $150 CHARGE FOR KEY IF LOST as that is the replacement cost!

Mild climate in winter months. Perfect getaway from the cold climates of the world! Winter Rate of $1350 per month includes all utilities. Great winter retreat - available from Nov. 1 - April 15th every year. $500 reservation fee required to hold rental for Long Term (30 days plus) Rentals. Lease agreement must be signed. Association has pool and jacuzzi area for use WITH $150 CHARGE FOR KEY IF LOST as that is the replacement cost! If reservation is cancelled with less than 45 days notice, no refund of reservation fee.
