'Charlie's Northland Lodge'
rates are $115 private bath, per room per night, including a continental breakfast. Full breakfast is available upon request. Winters by reservation only, plus 9 % rooms tax.
A suite of two rooms, second floor; a double & a room with two twins, rate is $90 p/n per room or p/b, your choice.
May 8th to June 5 $750 per week or $225 per night x3
June 5 -labor day $995 per week or $225 per night x3
Labor day Saturday-October 15th $750 per week or $225 per night x3
Holidays are not off-season $995 per week or $225 per night x3 - September 1 and weeks following will rent for $750per week

'Fishing is the mainstay of our business' says Charlie Clark, owner of Charlie's Northland LODGE on North Hero Island. We accept major credit cards, cash or check. No pets allowed & a maximum of six persons. Four is far more comfortable. Also an Island Lodge offering Bed & Breakfast; private bath, air, TV. and your choice, full breakfast or continental. Dining is close by in this village setting. Private beach and dock. Amenities: Guest house has TV, screen porch over looking the lake, private beach and dock. Has a great room and an island kitchen. Large unit 100 feet back from the lake in secluded setting. 'Our little house in the cedars' and is 1/2 mile from U.S. Rt#2 and in the village of North Hero Island. Activities: Open all seasons. In warm months come to fish for bass perch, walleye and northern pike. Bring the families to sail, swim, kayak, plus wonderful biking in the islands, shopping, concerts in the park or 'just plain relax'.
Fishing boats and motors, we rent to guests only. Fifty years in business. This is where the best fishing is. We have access to the west and also the 'inland sea”. Private beach and dock on both sides of the lake. Winter months one can ice-fish off Pelot Bay, Cary Bay, also City Bay in the village. Bring along x-skies to ski the farm meadows. Area: We are on an island that is approximately 10 miles long and 1 mile wide. There are bridges at both ends. There is easy transportation to and from the smaller islands, one can to pack a lunch and spend the day. Montreal, Quebec is 65 miles north and Burlington Vt. is approximately 32 miles east. There is no bus service in the islands, nearest would be in Burlington, Vt.
Taking reservations for fall and winter, 2008/09: Exceptional dining in the village area and antique shops to browse. In the village there is a cafe for soup, sandwiches, and salads.
