A Stylish one bedroom apartment in Chelsea.
This is the perfect location in the heart of SW3 one of London’s premier postcodes. Minutes away from the river Thames, the King’s Road and close to Gordon Ramsey’s signature restaurant this apartment is both intimate and elegant.
The building has a striking exterior and a beautifully well maintained interior with a resident caretaker. Our guests are considered 'one of the family' this is your London 'pied a terre'!

The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The bedroom has extensive storage with stunning views over the roof tops of Chelsea. The room is light and fully equipped with a double bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV (satellite channels are not available in the bedroom) and a chest of drawers. The room benefits from recessed lighting over the bed with dimmer switches.

There is a rain shower over the bath with glass panel, recessed feature lighting with dimmer switches adds to the elegance of the room. A backlit magnifying mirror is mounted on the wall.
The living room has windows on two walls, the principal windows giving sweeping views across the rooftops with the Albert Hall featured on the skyline. A black leather sofa and a vivid red Lignet Roset chair highlights the style and clean lines the designer intended. I have lived in several properties in Chelsea, it really is one of the best locations in London. I have lived in Asia, Australia and the USA. I've lived in both Los Angeles and San Francisco and have travelled extensively throughout the US on business. I have a property in Palm Springs where I spend the winter months.

This is a stunning location in Chelsea. Close to the King's Road with its coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Nearby public transportation options allow the visitor or business person the ability to traverse London with ease. The charm and sophistication of Chelsea installs a sense of calm amid this vibrant city.
Nearby parks,a gym and a public swimming pool give visitors the opportunity to maintain their home from home fitness regime. There are multiple places of interest, museums, and gallerys within either walking distance or 20 minutes on public transport. The central theater district is also 20 minutes away via public transport or taxi.
Fantastic location. This is truly an amazing apartment with impeccable amenities that truly makes it a home away from home. It definitely helps that shops along King's Road, Tesco and bus-stops are also within walking distance. For a solo traveller, safety is key and am glad that the apartment in this location is able to fulfill that aspect. Will definitely come back and stay in this apartment again for subsequent trips to the UK

We spent a lovely Easter weekend stay at this cosy, extremely comfortable flat in the delightful area of Chelsea. All the descriptions are extremely accurate, and the reviews allthough now a couple of years old are still absolutely true, and the flat still lives up to expectations. From the very first email to Fay, to receiving our security deposit back, Fay was efficient, honest and very up front. There were no nasty surprises at all. We were able to walk to many attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Chelsea Football Club, the Royal Albert Hall for a Good Friday performance plus of course it is a 10 minute walk to Sloan Square tube. Kings Road restaurants were also a 10 minute walk. On a rainy Easter Sunday we stayed in the flat for the day, it was so quiet and relaxing. I would not hesitate staying here again if ever I head to London again. It is ideal for a solo or couple travelling who love a quiet place to come "home" to at the end of a hectic day in London!
We loved our stay here! The apartment is everything the photos show; the building is as well kept, and quiet. The appliances were easy to operate, and the lift always worked. It was a 2 min. walk to the river, and 10 min. to the Tube. Lovely neighborhood, and across the street from the London Physics Garden ~ a gem. We also liked the rental agent, Fay. She was always prompt with emails: she greeted us & said goodby without making us wait. She had lots of good information for our getting around. She was far superior to our agents in Paris.
My husband and I live in Georgia and came toLondon to celebrate his 50th. We found this lovely flat and it was so nice to be able to walk to the train stations, restaurants and to run every morning along the Thames river. We would definetly consider this place again and appreciate the charm and location it has to offer.
My husband and I enjoyed our Chelsea base during Christmas week. The apartment is modern and cozy with the necessary amenities.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience with this apartment. The flat has all the amenities of home. It was clean, very comfortable and in a great location. Tube stop is a 10 minute walk or use a bus with a stop a few doors down from the apartment. The living room is sleek and modern. The bed was was very comfortable. There is a full kitchen that we used to prepare several meals. Views from the apartment seem to go on forever. Highly recommended!
This is a very nice small one bedroom flat in a perfect position in Chelsea. The apartment was in immaculate order on our arrival. In addition the public areas of the block were at all times very tidy and clean. Fay who acts for the owner is extreamly proffesional, efficient and friendly.
We rented for four weeks and had a wonderful time. We would have no hesitating in reccomending this appartment and will no doubt return ourselves.
