'Rent DISCOUNT will be offered upon booking our place for the high Gas prices'. The building of 'A Place At The Beach IV' is directly on the ocean front, you don't need to cross the street. The condo is on the second floor, with the fantastic wide view of the Beach and APache Pier. The condo will be cleaned before each arrival. The condo has two full bedrooms , two full bathrooms. There is a washer / Dryer room on each floor. Great kitchen with all the amenities, 2 TVs with cable, VCR, DVD and stereo. Located in the famous area of Shore Drive at “A Place At The Beach IV” directly on the ocean in Myrtle Beach. From the balcony you can see the Fantastic view of the ocean; the condo is just few feet from the Apache Fishing Pier, you can watch the fireworks from the balcony at night in different occasions. Two outdoor heated swimming pools (spring & fall) with pool lounge chairs, outdoor Barbecue grills with picnic tables. Walking distance to Ocean Annie’s Beach club and bar, You can listen to a live band, only short walk to Sands Ocean Club. You can walk to the Shore Drive Straw Market.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The Condo is less than 5 miles from the major Myrtle Beach highways “17, 22, 501, 31” etc. 15 minutes from the airport, and to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The famous tourist places Barefoot landing, Broadway AT The Beach which has over 100 shops and entertainment shows like Alabama Theater, Rossi’s and restaurant row, 2001 night club, and many great variety of restaurants famous with fresh sea food. Several Water parks, Aquarium, NASCAR Café, Hard Rock Café’ Planet Hollywood, Ripley’s, Carolina Opera, Dixie Stampede Shows, Alligator Adventure, and House of Blues.

SHOPPING! Only one mile from the new Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall with the Bass pro shop store, Super Wal-Mart. Myrtle Beach has Over 2000 great restaurants offering everything from fresh seafood, steaks houses, Mexican, and Italian food. Close too many of the mini and 100 golf courses on the Grand Strand area.

We thought the location and property where ideal for the cost. Condo was very clean, well furnished, safe with gate/guard, very easy to get anywhere quick. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone, if you want the "Four Seasons of Beverly Hills" then go somewhere else. This unit is perfect for families who just want to hit the beach and not worry about the decor era or if there is a grain of sand on the floor. The only thing I found that is not a big deal is that a TV is needed in second bedroom for kids or adults and also wireless internet, the kids would take the wireless over TV if you had to pick one to add though. Regardless, this is a great value and worth the trip, transaction was smooth, owner was very nice.

Thank you Yvette for accommodating us for a month of fun and relaxation. The condo is ideally located for shopping, dining, entertainment, golf, and of course, the beach. It is comfortable, quiet, clean and very well equipped for cooking, dining in, relaxing, and sleeping. The view is excellent. I will definitely be contacting you when planning future visits to MB and will refer to you, friends and/or relations seeking accommodations there.

Thank you for a great weekend. Two things one the sheets for the King bed were queen sheets. Also the front right burner on the stove doesn't work. Other than that we had an amazing weekend. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely love to rent from you again. CAN"T BEAT THE PRICE!!!!!

Comfortable, quiet, and homey

Our stay at this condo was especially pleasant right from the beginning. We were able to go right in the front entrance and easily enter the condo on the second floor. My favorite was the view of the Apache pier stretching out into the ocean and the serenity of the location. We all had a great time!

We enjoyed this condo. It offered all of the amenities of home. We will definitely consider renting Yvette's condo in the future. The Shore Drive area is one of our favorite areas to stay in Myrtle Beach. Yvette was very easy to work with.
