** Our 2-bedroom condo now includes built-in air conditioning, a rare find in Jay Peak condominiums! **
New, spacious 2-bedroom slopeside condo in one of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Jay Peak, Vermont. Located in the newest Village condominium building, the condo is right on the Granny Jay trail, so you can ski or ride away directly from the front door. No walking required! Stop back by for a quick lunch and to warm up. Once you have stayed slopeside, you won't want to stay anywhere else!
This 2-bedroom condo has many extras that are harder to find in other ski-in, ski-out condos at Jay Peak, including a pristine cook's kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, 37'/42' flat screen TV, wireless internet, and built-in boot heaters. Relax by the cozy brick hearth fireplace after a day on the slopes, watch a movie from the movie library, or play a board game from our collection. Sleds and snowshoes are available at the condo to add to the winter fun.
The condo is a beautiful place to be in summer, overlooking the ski trail and nearby woods. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Tram Base and Water Park. Many of our guests take advantage of the free Jay Peak shuttle that runs between the condos and the restaurants and shops at the Tram Base and Stateside.
The condominium sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large attached bath and closet and 32' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk with roomy closet. The living room has a queen-size sofabed. All linens, pillows and blankets are provided. The condo also includes washer and dryer, and an outdoor locker to store your gear.
Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area in the East and is well-known for its beautiful and challenging glade trails (trails dotted with trees) for beginners through experts. Jay Peak also has the only aerial tram in New England, and an award-winning Graham Cooke-designed Championship Golf Course. You and your companions can also take advantage of the many new amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many new restaurants and bars at the mountain. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family!

Guestbook comments from the owner
We had a fabulous week at Jay, and the accommodations were wonderful. We loved the ski-in, ski-out -- it really made the week relaxed and enjoyable! We had lots of room and all the details were covered...we will certainly be recommending your place to others who want to go to Jay!
We are Deb and John Light from Colchester, Vermont. We bought our condo new in 2007, and together with our two daughters have enjoyed many fun and memorable times at Jay Peak! We love to help our guests have fun at Jay too, and provide them with a cozy and comfortable 'home away from home' slopeside.
After skiing for years at several other ski areas in Vermont, we discovered Jay Peak and fell in love with the atmosphere, the terrain at the mountain and the huge amounts of snow that Jay always seems to get. There are glades all over the mountain -- from incredibly steep and deep areas that the locals know about and we are still discovering, to the beautiful treed trails that our kids love to ski. Jay Peak really is a special place, and it's getting better every year with the addition of amenities like the Pumphouse Water Park (with retractable roof!), Ice Haus indoor skating rink, Taiga Spa, Golf Clubhouse and Nordic Ski Center.
The location of the condo is the best! We chose one that was as close to the trails as possible, and you can't get any closer than this. It's easy to be on the first lift up the mountain, and come in and out for lunch or hot chocolate and to warm up your boots. There's nothing like staying slopeside!
