Our kitchen area is an 'open plan' fully fitted kitchen inclusive of fridge/freezer/ice maker, electric cooker and oven. There is also a microwave and dishwasher, sink and separate food waste disposal unit. The master bedroom is fully carpeted with queen size bed, walk-in wardrobes, dressing table, child cot and cable TV. There is an en-suite tiled bathroom comprising of bath with separate walk-in shower unit, wc, and two wash basin units with large mirror and bright lights. This en suite bathroom leads directly to pool area. A second double bedroom is fully carpeted with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. A second fold down bed is also available. The third twin bedroom is fully carpeted with twin beds and fitted wardrobes (infant cot available). Fold up beds can be used in either rooms The bathroom has a bathtub with fitted overhead shower, wc, and wash hand basin with mirror and lights.

There is also a utility room with heavy duty washing machine and tumble dryer. A door from this room leads directly into the double garage which has a clothes line and pegs. Our patio area includes a south facing solar panel heated swimming pool system with cover, fully screened (no big bugs) and not overlooked (private), complete with patio and pool furniture. (Including Gas Barbecue) All day sun in the sunshine State! We have a great management company who looks after everything for us and they are available for any enquiry you may have from anything to do with inside the Villa to Theme Park tickets or local attractions. In fact, anything you require information on Lloyd and Karen will be more than willing to help. BR B Amenities: /B BR Kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary cooking appliances and utensils to accommodate minimum of six persons. Community swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and park area.

The villa sleeps 6 comprising of 2 double Queen and double bed and 2 single beds with all bedding supplied. There is a further two adult fold away beds and infant cot if required. BR B Activities: /B BR Swimming, tennis, volleyball, playground all on site. Golf courses, Bike hire, Water & Jet skiing, Boat hire, fishing all available locally. Centrally located and 1 mile from the Interstate 4 that connects the Gulf and Atlantic coastlines from Daytona Beach on the East Coast to Tampa on the West coast each within an hours drive. The Orlando area offers visitors over 90 attractions, approximately 3,800 restaurants, 44 million square feet of shops and 125 golf courses. This is not including the four theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort which alone take up an area about the size of Greater Manchester. Some areas of Florida have an abundance of marine wildlife and exciting conservation projects, others are great for shop-a-holics. There is something for everyone.
