Ocean View Penthouse: Island Surf
Awesome Views - Fully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen with cappuccino machine. Comfy large sectional. It is on the top (6th) Penthouse Floor. Wake up to a beautiful ocean view and relax and your lanai where you can watch the surfers and enjoy spectacular sunsets in the evening. You are located on the main street in the center of Kihei's tourist attractions.
There is a wall mounted 46” TV complete with Blu Ray DVD, bring your computer and enjoy the free WIFI (Wireless Internet), washer & dryer, smooth top convection oven, over the range microwave, double door refrigerator with ice maker. There is a reverse osmosis water system for you. Your condo features archways, crown molding, wainscoting, beveled mirrored closets and the most comfortable, gorgeous King Size Koa bed you ever slept in. What a great way to end your day.
The Solar Heated Pool is located on the second floor with a newly remodeled BBQ area. There is an Ocean Front Park across the street that has a walkway along the ocean, covered Picnic Areas, a skating rink, children's park, volley ball, horse shoe, & surf lessons. You are located in the center of tourist attractions: you can walk to restaurants, the grocery store, theater, Water Slides, grab a shaved ice, or stop and have a bite to eat, and people watch, at one of the sidewalk cafes. You can also catch the bus if you decide you would like to go into town or down to the hotels.
On the First Floor you can sign up for scuba diving lessons, board surfing, or rent snokleling gear. Eat local grinds at Johnson's Deli, enjoy the Juice and Smoothie Bar or Joy's: who caters to a healthy life style. There is also a postal service, real estate office, and hair & nail salon.
The Island Surf is well maintained. The Lobby has just been remodeled and there are two elevators. The building is handicapped and wheelchair accessible (may have limitations). No Smoking is allowing in unit or lanai.
