There's a View from Every Window of this Clean & New 2BR 1BA Apt Across the S

This spacious apartment has gorgeous ocean and marsh views from every window. Every room has been renovated with a large new bath, brand new kitchen, wall to wall carpet. The large bedrooms have fabulous ocean views. You enter from a patio overlooking the tranquil marsh. The family room flows directly into the bright eat-in kitchen with all the conveniences of home including a microwave and coffee maker. There is a TV, VCR and DVD player with a sleep sofa for added guests. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has a full. There is plenty of room for a cot or portable crib for a small child. It is just steps from the ocean with a public way directly across the street.

BR B Area: /B BR Just one half hour from Outlet shopping in Kittery and one half hour from the great city of Portland. Freeport is just an hour away as well.
