Tignale-Prabione is located above Lake Garda at the western bank and is well accessible from the quayside by a panoramic road. As registered climatic spa and nature park, the sun plateau facing south with its vast Mediterranean vegetation is ideal for relaxing and recreating. From your holiday home that is located about 500 m above the lake, you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the Monte-Baldo massive and a part of Lake Garda. In a small, quiet housing development, there are holiday apartments for 2 - 6 people. You have a separate entry and a parking space. The apartment consists of a living room with satellite TV, double sleeping couch, a well equipped kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and dreamlike view of the lake and mountains. In a few minute walk or by car you can reach the main town Gardola with shopping facilities, restaurants, as well as a doctor. In Prabione there is a public swimming pool.

Prabione itself has a small grocery store (also bakery products), a tennis court, a boggia court, a small trattoria and a grappa distillery with annexed restaurant. Furthermore there is a public swimming pool in Prabione. Two nice lake swimming pools are a 10 minute drive away ('Porto Tignale' and in Gargnano 'Parco Fontanella). Parco Fontnella has about 5000 m² sunbathing area under old olive trees (use is free).

Die Wohnung ist schön, liegt in einem romantischen, kleinen altem Dorf und eignet sich hervorragend zum Entspannen.Die Uhr scheint hier langsamer zu ticken. Ruhe und eine grandiose Aussicht sind garantiert.
