About The Owner
This condo was our main home in Minneapolis, but we recently moved to a new home just south of downtown. The location of this condo is just northeast of downtown and couldn't be better for someone looking to experience all that Minneapolis has to offer. The Mississippi River is 3 blocks away and provides access to amazing urban walking/biking trails. Downtown is 5 minutes by car or a quick bus ride--or a 20 minute walk away! (Including the new Twin Stadium and Guthrie Theater) The area is fun, funky and the hip to place to be. The NE Arts District was recently featured in the New York Times (search 'New York Times and Northeast Minneapolis') and has a number of great restaurants, bars, and galleries within blocks. If you're looking for a great place to hang your hat while you explore Minneapolis, this it it!

What makes this condo unique
There are a lot of condo options in downtown Minneapolis. We purchased our unit because it was one-of-a-kind and in a historic building and neighborhood. Unlike condo developments where you share space with hundreds of other people who have the exact same floor plans, styles, and amenities, our fourplex has 4 unique units each with their own story. The neighbor who lives below us has been in her unit for almost 30-years. You can't imagine better convenience - we are steps to the bus, the Mississippi, amazing restaurants and art galleries. Most of the living you will do here will be on the first level of our condo and because it is very open, you have amazing light (there are 9 windows on the first level alone). The entire second level (the lofted area) is a bonus for extra guest or if you just want to hunker down and read a book. Our home is great for entertaining. You won't be disappointed!
