About The Owner
Originally from England, I have lived in the USA for almost 20-years. Working in the high stress environment of the computer software industry this condo is a wonderful escape.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose Fort Pierce
After relocating back to Florida from Colorado in late 2008, I fell in love with the peace, tranquility and unspoiled beauty of Hutchinson Island.
What makes this condo unique
Lovely unspoiled and crowd free sandy safe beaches. It's a nice anytime walk along the beach to the Fort Pierce Inlet and back. Fort Pierce Inlet State Park is just along the beach, and great opportunities for fishing (from several wooden piers), kayak launch, hiking and biking can be found at Pepper Park which is just a few minutes walk across the road. There are some excellent and diverse restaurants in the area and the Fort Pierce historic downtown has been nicely refurbished with events such as free music evenings, farmers market and a great live theater.
