Our home is located at 24 Crest St. Perfectly situated between 1st and 2nd beach. 1 st beach is 2 blocks away you can walk with your family or just take a beautiful stroll at the beach at sunset. We offer all the amenities you would expect from a beach home. Downtown Newport is only about 1.5 miles away a nice walk if you are in shape. You will find all the best shopping and restaurants in the entire area. You can check out the Tennis Hall of Fame or take in a Gull's Game (minor league baseball) if you are up for that. Newport is famous fro its JAZZ and Folk Festival for the music lovers. Of course there is always sailing or the ferry to block island.

Our home comes complete with everything from beach chair and towels. Dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster oven, weber grill and picnic table. 4 TV's with deluxe cable. We even include sidewalk chalk for the kids.

My family and I stayed here for our vacation in June, 2009. The location of this house is perfect! It's just over the bridge in Middletown, it's easy to get to, and it's close to restaurants, to stores in Newport, and you can even walk to the beach if you want to, otherwise it's a short drive. We walked to a bike rental store from the house and rented bikes for the week. We had 5 people stay in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone.
