Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Tahoe Keys, California
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$350-550/Night
Boat dock rentals with the house are $40 per day in addition to the house price if the dock is available. The dock can also be rented separately from the house.
There is a minimum rental of 2 nights for all bookings. Each renter must also pay a $100 cleaning fee regardless of the length of the rental
Each renter must pay a 10% City Transient Tax for total rental amount. The $1.50/night city occupancy tax (Measure Z tax) is included in the nightly rate.
Rates are subject to change without notice, but will not be increased once your booking occurs.
Rental Paperwork
A deposit of $300 is normally required before your rental reservation is accepted. A reservation confirmation form will be emailed and/or mailed to you. If house is reserved less than one month prior to stay, entire balance will be due.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due one month prior to rental. If cancellation is unavoidable, we will try to re-rent the property--ask about res -
Security Deposit & Damages
The security deposit is $300. After your stay, an inspection of the house will be made. Any damage, except normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the security deposit. Security deposit is returned after this inspection and keys are returned to owner. If keys are lost, a house re-key charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
Telephone & Internet Access
Wireless high-speed Internet access is included with the rental. Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone credit card or major credit card. Phone line access is available at the built-in desk adjacent to the kitchen and downstairs in the family room.
Smoking and Pets Are Not Permitted
Sorry, no exceptions. Any deviations from this can cause forfeiture of your entire deposit.

A modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area with vaulted ceilings and great room with wood burning fireplace and leather couches with a sofa bed. A backyard patio with 3 Adirondack chairs has perfectly framed views of Lake Tallac in the Tahoe Keys and Mount Tallac in the distance. There is an optional boat dock in the Tahoe Keys marina.
Amenities, Activities, & Area: The home is fully furnished with high-speed wireless Internet access, two cable TVs, one VCR, one DVD, dishwasher, microwave , china dishes, leather couches with foldout bed, washer/dryer , outdoor BBQ, balcony, lawn furniture, a 2-car garage with opener, new kitchen appliances and recently updated lighting and decorations. The Tahoe Keys amenities include: private beach, Fresh Ketch seafood restaurant with great marina views within 5 minutes walking distance, boat services (private company), boat and jet ski and kayak rentals (private company). Tahoe Keys Home is Fully Furnished. Activities include: fishing in back yard, boating, snowboarding, gambling and entertainment at local casinos, nature walks along a river in a preserve across the street. Area: 1 minute drive to the Tahoe Keys Marina and Fresh Ketch waterfront restaurant. 15 minutes to the casinos. 10 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort.
