    All club user fees are responsibility of the renter. Fall Season 9/16-12/19. Holiday Season 12/20-1/4.

    Summer, June 15-September 15 $1300 week( 7 days), weekend( 2 days) $500, additional nights $175.
    Winter- 2 night minimum $900 week, $550 weekend, $150 additional nights
    Holiday, Christmas and New Year's, 4 night minimum $375 per night
