Karen and Bob bought this house and began careers in Stowe after living in Boston. They lived in it for 14 years, raised 2 daughters and moved across the street keeping this gem as a rental to share with outdoor minded vacationers. While a passion for travel has taken them to many countries for skiing, biking and SCUBA adventures, they always sigh with relief when returning to Stowe.
This house is a gem. We love the wide pine floors, the high ceilings, the closeness to the village (you can easily walk down but it's a heart pumper to walk up) and the classic vermont feel.
