Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartment in City Centre of Amsterdam

Great Apartment and Ton is excellent to deal with. It was unfortunate that there was work on the outside of the building which created a lot of noise....I'm sure it's not typical. Slept 5 us of comfortable. Thanks Ton.

Thanks Ton, for providing a wonderful apartment in beautiful Amsterdam. The kids loved the true Amsterdam experience of being in a home. We all loved the location, close to everything, great food nearby, and a happy teenage girl with American Apparel across the street. We will definitely come back, this will be our new home when we travel to Amsterdam.

Note, we love the loved the stairs, typical Amsterdam, but not as steep as some we have encountered! Pack light.

Our family of four adults (my kids are in their early 20s) had a fabulous time at Ton's apartment. The information received prior to arriving was spot-on. It is a lovely 2 bedroom apt in a fantastic locale. It was easy to walk all of Amsterdam from the apartment even though it was below freezing some of the time. We bundled up and had a fun time exploring nearby cafes, restaurants, Rembrandt Plein, the museums, the Spui, took the canal ride (highly recommend), ventured into the DAM area and over to the Jordaan (Cafe Regis). All of Ton's eatery suggestions were great. Also, we used Rick Steves - he was right-on. A small good cafe was Cafe Jarden near canal ride. Loved Beer battered balls and genever, and any beer on tap. We truly enjoyed the area of the apartment. It was very special. We stopped back on our return trip from Africa and spent two hellish nights at a hotel near the DAM - never again! When we come back we will call Ton. Enjoy!
