St. Augustine Beach Vacation Rental condo

I stayed in this wonderfull apartment with the best views ever last year (2007). I am coming back, all the way from Europe, this year (2008), so it must be a great apartment.
You will love it ! Have a cup of coffee with sunset and dolphins, and you do not want to leave.

The Luxury Penthouse was wonderful! The view was to die for. The decorations were well done; I loved the colors. There were a few things that would make it even more pleasant. Please take these comments as constructive. We needed some dish towels and dish clothes in the kitchen. There were not top sheets on the beds in the crows nest. I cook alot when we are at the beach. I would like to see more pots and pans. Some were in bad shape (although I know it is hard to keep a kitchen when there are so many different people using it). T.V.s in all the rooms was fabulous. My boys loved it! No fighting over what to watch. The drawer in the kitchen with the utensils was broken and almost fell several times. The blender was great! Know on to the big wish list. It would be great to have some black out curtains in the master bedroom. Sleeping in with the sun coming directly in the room was difficult. The beds needed egg crates or something. The mattresses were extremely hard and caused some back problems. A full size washer and dryer would be wonderful...and last but not least the water pressure was nonexsistent. I know this is not a problem with this unit. I have never stayed in a unit at Colony Reef that had good water pressure...and I have stayed in at least 15 different ones. I have complained about this before, but the people at the front dest look at me like I don't know what I am talking about. I don't know if this can be fixed or not. Well, it probably can be fixed, but cost so much they won't do it. I don't mean to sound so negative, because we had a glorius time and this was absolutely the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. You are just the first to ask for comments. Good for you! We do plan on staying in this unit next year if possible. I will be in touch in the next week or so. Is the corner unit on the other side fourth floor yours? My sister in law is interested.

We really enjoyed our stay in the luxury penthouse. The unit is comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped, and the view is wonderful! We would definitely consider renting it again.
