Its' Victorian charm combined with modern design and amenities makes it a favorite with family and friends. Upscale finishes such as stained glass, tile and hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings and custom handmade cabinetry add to the charm and comfort for our guests. Harris St. House provides 2 separate kitchens and living areas.

You can walk around the corner to catch free ski shuttles to the mountain. Groceries, restaurants and shopping are just two walking blocks away. The highly acclaimed Speakeasy Cinema and live theater are just one and two blocks away as well.

The home itself is nicely appointed with hand stitched comforters, hand-crafted pine and aspen furniture, live plants and comfortable sofas and chairs.

I have been a permanent resident of Breckenridge since 1972. I arrived without even knowing there was a ski area here and fell in love with the mountains, the people and the skiing. It's a pleasure to share what I have been blessed with.

This home is an EXCELLENT vacation destination for a weekend, a week, a month, etc. The home is in a perfect location for walking to and from Main Street in Breckenridge and provides easy access to the bus stops which will run you right to the Gondola for skiing. The owner is local, is very friendly and provides excellent customer service at a moments notice. The house is fully equipped and has PLENTY of space and can comfortably house a nice sized group (two rooms with 2 twins beds in each....3 rooms with a queen bed in each as well as two pull out couches) with all the necessities. Great hot tub on the back porch. Grill on front porch. Multiple bathrooms, brand new washer and dryer, plenty of parking space. Set in the Historic District so it's quiet and extremely convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this house for your Breckenridge stay.

The location for walking to all the stores, catching the ski shuttle and getting about town could not be better or more tranquil. Unfortunately I only had 3 nights to enjoy this wonderful home. The location was incredible, the home was spacious, and the price was very fair considering all it had to offer. The property manager was beyond helpful and very kind! I couldn't have asked for a better time. The place was very tidy and also had a plethora of games to play, good sound system, and an awesome Hot tub out back! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation to Breckenridge!

Perfect Location

My group 6 had a wonderful 3 days at 209 Harris st,one of our party was racing in the July 4th Firecracker mountain bike race and we were 300 yards from the start/finish line and a 5 min walk to the center of town.We cooked in 2 nights and had everything we could need in the kitchen one could need,"except the food of course".In a nutshell it was perfect and would stay there again if ever back in the area.

Really ideal....

We were a group of three and Michael, the owner, accommodated for us (because he had no other reservation for a larger group at the time) to have just half the house - it was very nice of him. We were there at the very end of the season - the first week of April and we had a great time - the jacuzzi was fabulous, the house could not have been more comfortable to return home and hang out comfortably watching a movie, or playing games that he has stocked there. The house has every amenity you could want (read hotel +++) - comfortable beds, a great heating/ac system, everything you would need for snow-related issues. Furthermore, for our group it was the perfect location - we didn't want to be bound by a ski resort - staying at this house just blocks from the slopes and from the town allowed us to ski to our hearts' (or legs') content and then enjoy strolling around the town. The grocery store is a couple blocks away and there are copious amounts of delicious restaurants right there. I suppose we could have cooked - the kitchen was stocked for it - but we couldn't resist the comfort of the home and the ease of walking to eat. All in all - we would all love to go back! Great location, very comfortable house, lovely jacuzzi!

The indoor / outdoor ice skating - hockey rink is only a few blocks away and both the live theatre and the wonderful Speakeasy movie house again only 1 to 2 blocks walk from the front door.
