It is only two to three minutes walking distance from the ocean and three nightclubs, yet is away from the main tourist attractions so it feels secluded. For late night dining, the on-site restaurant serves food beyond 10:00 p.m. Awesome location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance!

We love the location to all the hot spots around town. 2001 Night Club, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, and Toppers At the Pointe @ Sands Beach Club are just minutes away. It's within walking distance of the little beach shops. Tanger factory outlets, Kroger's food store, Walmart,and restaurant row for dining are all within 3 miles. Bare foot landing is very close by and Broadway on the beach is only 10 mins away.
Harry's Hat has some of the best food around, offering everything from burgers and pizza to crab legs. The pool is open until 11:00pm. Arcadian Dunes also offers a business office with computers and internet.
Such an oasis from home! I stayed here with my husband and two little ones, it was the perfect vacation. The beds are heavenly and the couch was so comfortable to watch a movie. The location was so close to the water the little ones didn't mind walking. And we were able to take a decent walk to Tanger outlets. When Max tore his suit, Walmart was right around the corner. They even had puzzles for the kids to play with once it got dark! I will definitely be contacting them next time.
Very nice condo. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of seating in living room. Owners are super nice and great to work with. Condo is across from Harry The Hats and pool. Beach is only 3 minute walk and the pier, Ocean Annie's and River City Cafe are only a 5 minute walk. Tanger and Walmart are a four minute drive and you can take the back road instead of getting on main road. Kroger is a straight two minute shot up road. Thanks for a great stay, will stay here again!!! You will be very happy renting this condo!!
To all who take the time to read this. A friend and I stayed here the first week of Nov. and were very impressed with the location and cleanliness of the condo. We enjoyed the location of the condo, because we have stayed in the area before and liked the proximity to a favorite hang-out we go to since we are from Pittsburgh, namely Harry the Hats.
About the condo itself, bathrooms were clean and showers had plenty of pressure,amble closet space, hangers and iron. Kitchen is clean and well supplied with needed appliances. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed are stay.

My business partner and I arrived in late November at this beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA condo. We moved in immediately and found the condo had the space, equipment and casual living atmosphere we craved. We planned to stay until the end of May so it was important that there was easy living. The master bedroom is spacious having a queen bed, sofa, dresser and chest of drawers with space left over for other chairs, tables, etc. The bathtub/shower combination works great and is separated from the wide sink and clothes closet. The living room/kitchen combination facilitated relaxing, working at table and cooking. Wi-Fi connection works great: no adaptations required! The large refrigerator and regular electric stove accompanied by all the type of pots and pans needed allowed us to cook great meals or prepare simple snacks. The kitchen is efficiently arranged and I enjoyed working in it. The twin bedroom with chest of drawers and nightstand provided all we needed in that room. Great closet space! We loved living in this condo and hated to move. It is a short walk to the beach but if you have lots of umbrellas, coolers, toys to carry, it would be wise to bring a cart or wagon. The beach is wonderful. The location is near lots of restaurants, Wal-Mart, Kroger's and the longest pier on the Strand. I would readily recommend this condo for whatever length of stay - you will be happy you chose it!
Decided to take a month long vacation in October 2011...My decision turned out to be a great one. This condo was more than just a vacation rental, it felt more like home. I actually brought more supplies down to to the beach than needed. The condo was fully stocked and close to everything else I needed and the master bedroom bed was awesome....

Our expierence this past April in the condo was a very good one, the accomodations were very nice, clean, & any questions we had were promply answered by the owners. They were very good to work with & we are planning a return trip in 2012.
You are minutes from the beach, & right across the street from a very fun place...Harry the Hats. The pool is large & plenty of chairs for all. There are several restaurants in the area, that are within walking distance or within 1 to 2 miles...Toppers, River City Cafe, Flip Flops, Backyard Grill, Chuck's, The office Italian grill, & many more to numerous to list...all having a happy hour with wonderful drink & food specials. Shopping is a short drive to Tanger & accross the street is Wal Mart...Barefoot landing is less than 4 miles down the road w/more dinning & great shopping. There is a Kroger & Wal Mart for grocery needs. Ths sun shines most of the time, & partly cloudy means a whole other thing at the Beach...mainly sunny, back home...cloudy. We are anxious to return the condo is so comfortable & the people are just a nice...a good place to be & a good time.
Arcadian Dunes Resort is at the end of Lake Arrowhead Road. On Lake Arrowhead Road, closer to N Kings Highway, is Rossi's Italian Restaurant & Piano Bar, Ultimate California Pizza Game Zone, Kroger's Plaza, restaurants, souvenir shops, gas station, and night clubs. Even with all of this going on, it is still a quiet place toward the end of the road that is far enough away from the night life and stores to still feel very peaceful and tucked away. On the beach end is Flip Flops, Moped Rentals, Sands Beach Club and Ocean Annie's. All of this is within walking distance.

If renting weekly, the rental dates are from Saturday to Saturday. If your stay begins and/or ends mid-week, your charged the weeks encountered, this ensures a smooth transition week to week. For example: Wednesday to Wednesday rental would be charged two full weeks, while a Monday to Friday rental would only be charged one week.
