Great House, Great Location

We just spend 7 nights at the house and I can honestly say that it exceeded our already high expectations. It was updated, clean, comfortable and well stocked. From the minute we got there it was clear that the owners had taken the extra steps to make sure that not only would renters have everything, but that everything would be of high quality. From beach chairs to barbeques (2 of them), to recreational extras and the gazebo, we were impressed. The outdoor areas were private and the living areas were open and breezy with ceiling fans everywhere. For us, the location was perfect. It was just steps from the beach and a very short walk or bike ride to the bars/restaurants and market without being in earshot of them. At night you heard only the waves.
I found the owners to be courteous, accommodating and professional from start to finish. They answered my questions promptly and were very fair in their terms. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and I hope to rent from them next year.
