This spacious ocean-view home is located in a 24-hour gated community with a private beach. The house includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage. There is beautiful tile throughout and the master bedroom boasts a four-person jacuzzi tub and fireplace. This getaway is perfect for a family or several couples, with plenty of room to spread out. The downstairs area includes a game room with Foosball, an executive (small) pool table and a Ping Pong table. The rooftop patio provides a spectacular view and private sunbathing. The path to the private beach surrounded by cliffs is a short walk away.
