Villa Description: This large villa is luxuriously furnished and equipped down to the last towel. It is air-conditioned throughout, has additional ceiling fans and the ceramic tiled floors in the main living space provide a cool environment even on the hottest day. Our villa comfortably sleeps 9 people and features an open plan living room and dining area – leading directly onto a furnished covered patio and south-facing swimming pool with spa. The pool area enjoys a covered lanai and all padded furniture for relaxing and socializing. Meals can be enjoyed outside – overlooking the stunning countryside view. There are 4 bedrooms (all with Cable TVs) and a bonus single bedroom, with DVD, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. The family room has 3 sofas and features a large screen LCD TV with 80 channels, Home Cinema System and a selection of DVD movies for that relaxing night in front of the TV. There is also a book library.
Villa Features: The spacious kitchen has everything you need, and all the equipment is American – made, so you know it’s big and efficient. This includes oven, microwave, and dishwasher and fridge freezer. A generous supply of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided, making it easy to cook away from home. A separate utility room provides washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a queen-size bed, Cable TV, walk-in closet with safe and en-suite shower room. The second queen bedroom has 2 windows overlooking the pool and countryside and has Cable TV and DVD player. The first twin room is brightly decorated with Cable TV and DVD player while the second twin room is Disney themed for the enjoyment of the children and also has Cable TV and the new addition of Playstation 2 and games. Both rooms share a family bathroom. The bonus single bedroom has TV with DVD player for movies, free use of travel cot, highchair, stroller,etc

South-facing pool, covered lanai, padded pool furniture, George Foreman grill, 5 cable TVs, 2 DVD players, CD player, Playstation 2, movies, games, book library, pool table, cot, high chair, stroller, backpack, hair dryers, alarm clock, safe, welcome refreshment pack, cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, teapot, washer, drier, ironing equipment. Why not enjoy our wonderful south-facing pool for a completely private swim or sunbathing. Just a few minutes away is the renowned Championsgate golf and Reunion with a variety of courses as well as the David Leadbetter golf academy. Championsgate has a large supermarket and other shops as well as a selection of restaurants.. The 192 restaurants and shopping outlets 5-10 minutes. Walt Disney World is just 1 junction away, an easy 10 minutes.
Golf: Just a few minutes away is the renowned Championsgate golf and Reunion (host of the LPGA) as well as the David Leadbetter golf academy. Many other courses just a short drive away. *Free Use Of A Set Of Golf Clubs* when staying at our villa.
