Publix supermarket is within a few minutes of the villa – from where you can purchase all that you need. There are also other shops and restaurants including Chinese, Pizza takeaway, Italian, Mexican and McDonald's.
Walt Disney World is an easy 10 minutes drive away with Universal and Sea World just a further 5-10 minutes. For the golfers-several courses within 5 minutes of the villa – including Reunion (host of LPGA) and Championsgate.
Villa Description: This large villa is luxuriously furnished and equipped down to the last towel. It is air-conditioned throughout, has additional ceiling fans and the ceramic tiled floors in the main living space provide a cool environment even on the hottest day.
Our villa comfortably sleeps 9 people and features an open plan living room and dining area – leading directly onto a furnished covered patio and newly quartz finished south-facing swimming pool with spa. The pool area enjoys a covered lanai and all new for 2010 padded furniture for relaxing and socializing. Meals can be enjoyed outside – overlooking the stunning countryside view.
There are 4 bedrooms (all with Cable TVs) and a bonus single bedroom, with DVD, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room.
The family room has 3 sofas and features a large screen LCD TV with 80 channels, Home Cinema System and a large selection of DVD movies for that relaxing night in front of the TV. There is also a book library.
Villa Features: The spacious kitchen has everything you need, and all the equipment is American – made, so you know it’s big and efficient. This includes oven, microwave, and dishwasher and fridge freezer. A generous supply of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided, making it easy to cook away from home.
A separate utility room provides washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. New carpets are throughout.
The master bedroom is newly decorated with a queen-size bed, LCD TV, walk-in closet with safe and en-suite shower room.
The queen bedroom has 2 windows overlooking the pool and countryside and has Cable TV and DVD player.
The first twin room is brightly decorated with Cable TV and DVD player while the second twin room is Disney themed for the enjoyment of the children and also has Cable TV and the new addition of Playstation 2 and games. Both rooms share a family bathroom.
The single bedroom has TV for DVD player, free use of travel cot, highchair, stroller,etc
