Centrally located to provide easy access to all that the Big Island has to offer. Visit the Volcano National Park or Hilo. This is the place to relax and rejuvenate.

About The Owner

My name is Christy and my husband John and I are excited to welcome you to our home. We currently live in Sacramento California and work for AAA and Mercedes Benz. We have 4 grown children (with the last one in college), 2 cocker spaniel dogs and a busy life of family, travel, work and friends.

Why The Owner chose Kailua Kona

We have always loved to vacation in Hawaii and recently began our retirement dreaming. Luckily we both want to retire in the Hawaii and on a recent trip started our house search. We fell in love with this property and decided to purchase. While retirement is still about 5 years away, we now have our home secured and available for not only ourselves and family to enjoy but also you. This is part of our "exit strategy". We are very excited.

Fantastic Property!

Our family of four (kids age 6 and 9) stayed here for 15 days and it couldn't have worked out better! The house was spotless when we arrived and was equipped with anything that we could possibly think of. It was a short drive to great restaurants and shopping, but far enough away that we could relax quietly after a day in town or at the beach. The owner, Christy, was a pleasure to deal with and made the booking and payment process as smooth as possible. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Big Island!

Thanksgiving in Kona

My husband and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving in 2010 and had a wonderful time.
The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Day trips to the Mauna Kea for Thanksgiving Buffet and beach, shopping in Kona, driving around the Island. Very relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. Aloha and Mahalo

Hello. I stayed in this beautiful home for three wonderful nights recently. The trade winds cooled the home, it was nice and quiet, yet close to the town of Kona. Attended a luau in town, shopped, visited
other hotel properties and did some sightseeing! This very comfortable home is just the right place for a Hawaiian vacation! Enjoy!
