  • From $500/Week
  • Check in on day of arrival is after 4pm. Check out on day of departure before 10am.

    Rates may be higher during special events (i.e. Bike Week and Nascar Races)

    Rates do not include 12.5% Tax (rental periods of greater than 6 months are not subject to this tax), Cleaning fee of $85, refundable security deposit of $400.

    A $400.00 security deposit is required which will be returned in full after confirmation of no damage to the unit. If there is damage, a certified letter will be sent with the amount withheld to repair the damages.

    Rent is due 15 days prior to arrival.

    Long term lease discounts (3 months or more), please inquire
    Repeat Guest Discounts: Up to $200 savings, inquire for specific dates
  • For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. There are no refunds of the security deposit for cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 15 days prior to arrival are penalized the full amount of the rent and fees. Travel Insurance is advised.

Amenities: Unit has Phone, A/C, In-Unit Laundry, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, can opener, ice maker, refrigerator, George Forman Grille, Utensils and linens, Cable TV, DVD, VCR. Master bedroom has 1 king bed. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Rollout full-size bed available as well. Building has pool, hot tub, exercise room, pool table, club room, garage parking, Activities: Not only is this unit directly on the beach, there is also a pool and spa on the grounds as well as an extensive workout room. Please be advised that the building cannot accommodate parking for trailers.

There is a luxurious club room complete with pool table, surround-sound big screen TV, and small library. Area: The condo is about 75 minutes from Universal Studios and shopping outlets. Disney is about 90 minutes away. Daytona offers many beach activities including surfing, parasailing, miniature golf, kayaking, fishing, and short party and casino cruises. Bike and off-road vehicles are for rent nearby. Miniature golf is across the street. Excellent restaurants in the area. Speedway and Daytona airport only 15 minutes away, in addition, the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is just minutes away. The lighthouse has beautiful grounds, a museum, and is the second tallest lighthouse on the East Coast. Historic St. Augustine and shopping outlets are only 45 minutes away as well. The location is very convenient to Interstate 95.

The unit is about 15 minutes from the Daytona Airport, 60 minutes from the Melbourne Airport, 75 minutes from the Orlando Airport, and 90 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport.

Great location, beautiful beach, condo very nice and large. Would recommend to families with children. The building and facilities are modern. Close to major attractions and restaurants. Had a wonderful stay.
