Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-3)

Located directly across the street from Siesta Key's Public Beach, there are no buildings to obstruct your view. Enjoy breakfast or the sunset from the spacious screened-in lanai, or feel the warm ocean breezes while you read (or nap) on the lounge chair.

Crescent Royale is a beautifully maintained, very clean and friendly 3 building complex with an Olympic sized swimming pool - maintained year round at 87 degrees. Treat yourself to a workout in the well equipped exercise room, or enjoy a sauna in the common area.

Our 2nd Floor unit offers a completely refurbished, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. If you prefer to grill, there are several gas grills and a picnic area located by the pool. The elevator and laundry room are very conveniently located just outside the door of the unit.

The living room has a 50" HD plasma TV, complete with Blue-ray/DVD player and a stereo. The TV in the bedroom is a wall-mounted 32" LCD. Cable and secure wireless internet are provided in the unit, as is free long distance throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress topper for added sleeping comfort. The bathroom is nicely appointed and modern. All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels. Beach chairs are available in the unit.

Les and Heather Doll - We recently purchased this condo and immediately set to work to refurbish it. We love the result, and hope that you will too! We have tried to equip the condo with everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing, care-free vacation. And with that gorgeous beach across the road and walking distance proximity to the Siesta Key village, with all its great restaurants and shops, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

On and off for the past 30 years we have been vacationing at Siesta Key. We've enjoyed vacations at many other places, but keep coming back here - guess it's that beach - it just keeps calling us back...We finally settled on Crescent Royale to spend our future retirement winters. It offers a wonderful community feel... And while our retirement is a few years away, we do plan to stay here at least a few weeks a year until then.

We stayed at this condo in Siesta Key 10/23/10 - 10/26/10. It was a beautiful unit in a great area. The owner was so nice to deal with as was the management at Crescent Royale. It was so nice to have the beach chairs available to us with the beach just a short walk away. The Village is within walking distance and had so many restaurants/bars/shops. Siesta Beach is beautiful. Thanks for a great getaway!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
