Each apartment gives onto a beautiful tropical garden with a swimming pool in the middle and has its own parking space. La Coccinella is on a perfect quite location: close to the famous “Fifth Avenue” and to a characteristic centre with bars, restaurants and shops. In 100 meters there is the best Caribbean Beach “Playa Mamita” with its beach Club where you can enjoy of a 50% off to rent beach umbrella and deck-chairs.There are two types of apartments full furnished and decorated: Type A: 2-persons ground floor apartment, 52 sqm: living area with open kitchen, double sofa-bed, dining table and a sleeping area with 1 queen size bedroom, bathroom and a balcony 12 sqm with table, chairs and umbrella. We really enjoyed our week stay at La Coccinella. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom condo which faced onto the beautiful grounds and lovely pool. We liked having the patio outside our door. The building and property are well maintained, clean and secure. The location is great as you are close to everything including the beach and 5th Ave. The owner lives onsite which is very helpful. We had a couple issues, with the air conditioning and water, but they were addressed and resolved very quickly by the owner.
