Deep water dock at your door with 30'or 50' dock. Water and electric available at your slip. Immediate bay access and quick ocean access via Channel 2 and Channel 5 bridges. A marina is located across the harbour with gas, diesel and bait. Spacious top floor 2000 sq ft 3br 21/2 BA condo. Condo has large screened balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean and an Incredible rooftop balcony with ocean and peekaboo bay views. Master suite has king bed, walk in closet and access to balcony. Large luxurious master bath has marble counters, jetted tub, large walk in shower and bidet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two full-size beds. TVs and DVD players in every bedroom.

    Deposit confirms reservation- fully refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit can not be applied to rental fee. Security deposit returned after departure if no damage occurs.

    Reservations may be canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the security deposit OTHERWISE the deposit becomes non-refundable.
