Deep water dock at your door with 30'or 50' dock. Water and electric available at your slip. Immediate bay access and quick ocean access via Channel 2 and Channel 5 bridges. A marina is located across the harbour with gas, diesel and bait. Spacious top floor 2000 sq ft 3br 21/2 BA condo. Condo has large screened balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean and an Incredible rooftop balcony with ocean and peekaboo bay views. Master suite has king bed, walk in closet and access to balcony. Large luxurious master bath has marble counters, jetted tub, large walk in shower and bidet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two full-size beds. TVs and DVD players in every bedroom.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Refundable $500 reservation-damage deposit.

    Pro-rata refund if evacuated for hurricane by an official order.

    Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the security deposit OTHERWISE the deposit becomes non-refundable.
