Enjoy the beach and sunsets everyday on the 20-foot balcony from this third floor condominium. The sunsets are spectacular so plan your day accordingly. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. A king size bed is in the master bedroom with adjoining private bathroom with walk in shower. Baths have granite and Italian tile. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is next to the hall bath with tub and shower. A queen size sofa bed is in the living room. We also have covered and assigned parking BR B Amenities: /B BR 2 TVs, VCR, Cable, Range, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, washer dryer in the unit, heated pool, hot tub, sleeper sofa, balcony chairs and table, dishwasher,towels linens, dishes and pots and pans.

fishing, boat and jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, relaxing at the heated pool, or long walks down the sandy beaches
Area:
Tampa airport is 45 minutes away St Pete airport is only 20 minutes away 10 minutes to St Pete and 10 minutes to Clearwater Close to everything

We loved this unit. It was our first time renting a condo and will never return to the hotel scene again in Florida! Our two young daughters had a blast and we had more than enough room for everyone. The view was amazing and the pool was perfect. We barely left the property in our week there. Will be renting for two weeks on the next trip down for sure!

This condo truly lived up to its description. It was heavenly to eat on the balcony and watch the dolphins and pelicans, and listen to the waves crashing. I fabulous French bakery is just a few steps away. The Botanical Gardens and Heritage Village was a 10 minute drive, and well worth the visit. Our family, with teenage girls, would return to this delightful beach any time!
