  • $750-$1200/Week
  • There is a two week minimum stay required by our association
    A fully refundable deposit of $250 will be collected.
    There will an 12% tax as well that is required by the state of Florida.
    You will also be responsible for a $75 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
    Sorry no pets will be permitted due to association rules.
    Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.

We have tried to anticipate your every need. There is a fully stocked kitchen, all linens and towels provided, HIGH SPEED INTERNET, washer and dryer, comfy king sized bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the second bedroom, lots of seating in the living area with a pull out sleeper sofa, 3 color/cable TVs with DVD and VCR, guest parking and so much more. We even provide beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The condominium complex offers a wonderful beach-side pool and Jacuzzi. There is even a TENNIS COURT and sauna.

The building is secure with an evening security guard on duty. Clearwater Beach is a short distance to the north and there are many activities that can be enjoyed including everything from chartered fishing trips to para-sailing to themed boat rides in the Gulf. There are many shops and restaurants as well as a vibrant nightlife. There is the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Theater in Tampa that offers off-Broadway productions if you are so inclined. The Bay area also has 3 professional sports franchises depending on the time of year you are visiting. There are many area attractions in and around Tampa Bay including Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium. The International Plaza Mall located in Tampa offers some of the areas finest shopping and dining venues. Orlando is a quick 90 mile drive away and we all know what can be found there.
