Twin Peak Drive #35 (2850 square feet) is a semi-secluded three-bedroom three-bathroom home with a one car attached garage and decorated in country charm. The house is nestled in a peaceful and serene wooded setting with plenty of parking, a spacious yard for outdoor activities, and lots of woods for older children to explore.
Master bedroom suite is upstairs and has a king bed, 25-inch TV, and private full bath with jetted tub. Second bedroom is on the main level and has a king bed and 25-inch TV. Living room is on the main level and has a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace insert, 37- inch HDTV with DVD player, boom box, vaulted ceiling with lots of high windows for light, and sliding glass doors to screened in 15x18 porch. Also on the main level is a common ¾ bath and kitchen (large window with great views make the work more pleasurable) with access to large shaded 13x25 deck with personal six-person hot tub.
Large 14x22 family room is on the lower level with two queen size futons, fireplace/woodstove, 30-inch wide screen TV, and VCR/DVD player. Also on the lower level is the third bedroom with queen bed, private full bath, and 25-inch TV. Both family room and third bedroom have sliding glass doors to 13x40 shaded gravel patio area. Enjoy outstanding views of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains from all three levels. Watch deer, squirrels, and other wildlife as they feed and frolic in the back yard.
The large deck with hot tub and screened in porch are tucked into the trees and give the feeling of being in a tree house. Spend a romantic evening relaxing in the soothing waters of the hot tub overlooking the peaceful serenity of the mountains and the lake. Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds.
Only one and a half miles from Holiday Island's full service marina where pontoon, fishing, and ski boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, Twin Peak Drive is a great country street for refreshing early morning or late evening walks.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions. Twin Peak Drive #35 will sleep 12 guests and we have more properties only a few hundred yards down the street. We also have smaller and larger one, two, three, four, and five bedroom rental properties to accommodate everybody from couples to entire large families. We have lakeside, mountain top, and golf course properties, many with Jacuzzis or hot tubs, fireplaces, private decks, great views, and BBQ grills. There are many activities in Holiday Island which are available to you as our guest. The recreation center on the Island has two large swimming pools; basketball and tennis courts; table and paddle tennis; shuffleboard; horseshoe pits; and miniature golf. All of the recreation center amenities are available for one very reasonable daily fee. Also available at reasonable rates (reservations required) are softball fields; picnic pavilion; meeting rooms; the golf course clubhouse; and The Barn. Holiday Island has two premier golf courses (25% discount as our guests). A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests and you are invited to use our motel pool free of charge.
