In Bel-Air Country Club (Golf course) Wonderful Mid-Century house remodeled in 2010 in Zen style.

Very quiet and Chic neighborhood close to UCLA, minutes from shops, restaurants, Museums, Theaters etc...

The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, one with 2 double beds. Each bedroom has his own bathroom.

There is a den/TV room that can be a 4th bedroom.

Very open living space with brand new kitchen and view to the pool in the backyard.

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks last Summer. Enjoyed the open, airy feel of the home and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and renovated. The kitchen was modern and fully stocked, so we appreciated the ease this provided us. It is very private in the back, but the only drawback is there is no view. You have a large mountain, so this gives a real serene sense of privacy. We had a very relaxing time here.
