New Construction Beach Block with Pool - 4 Bed /3.5 Bath

Beach block new construction with an inground pool (12 x 18). This property is located BEACH BLOCK on the Delaware Bay side of town. Enjoy this tranquil location just a hop skip and a jump to the beach. The homeowner has thought of everything! This lovely home will have a covered front porch and a back deck overlooking the inground pool. There is a garage which the homeowner will leave some beach items such as 8 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. There’s room for about 4 cars in the driveway and free street parking. Also, outside is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water. There’s a gas grill that will be hooked up to gas, so you won’t have to worry about running out. As you enter the house itself, you’ll walk into the foyer area. To your right is access to the first-floor master bedroom with attached bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. The first floor also offers a half bathroom in the hallway. At the back of the house is your open floor living space with a natural gas fireplace (available in the Fall/Winter). The kitchen is massive with a large center island with seating. There’s a dining table overlooking the backyard. The sliders go out to the deck in the backyard and the homeowner plans on having some furniture on the back deck and around the pool. The homeowner also plans on leaving a highchair at the house as one less thing you have to worry about packing. The first floor will also offer a washer/dryer to help with the wet pool towels.The second floor of this beauty will have a second master bedroom with a walk in shower. Another hallway bathroom for the two remaining bedrooms to share. The hallway bathroom will have a tub/shower combo. Bed sizes are listed below for all of the bedrooms. 1st Floor Master Bedroom – King2nd Floor Master Bedroom – King 2nd Floor Bedroom 3 – Queen + Twin Daybed with Trundle2nd Floor Bedroom 4 – 2 Sets of Twin over Double Pyramid Bunk Beds. One bunk bed will also have a twin trundle.Additional Amenities: Pack n’ Play, Highchair, Beach Tent, 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Beach Umbrellas, 5 Smart TV’s with Streaming Services & cable. This property will also have sheets and towels for guests! Just bring your beach towels.This property has an optional fee of $250 if you would like the pool heater on. This will be added to your reservation after booking if you decide you’d like the pool heater on. The pool is open from May 1 to October 1.This property does have a cancellation policy. It will be in the lease agreement sent to you after booking. It reads: “In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the disposition of any deposits made is up to the Owner. If Owner agrees to absolve this lease agreement on Tenant s behalf, payments will be refunded only when the property is re-rented at no loss to Owner and 12% of such refund and $50 processing fee shall be deducted by the Agent as a fee for re-rental services. Tenant is responsible for all lease payments up until the property is re-rented at no loss to the Owner.”The homeowner will consider a dog but must approve prior to booking. Please make sure to let us know the age, breed and weight of your dog for prior authorization prior to booking. If your dog is approved the pet fee is $200 and would be added onto your lease agreement after booking.

Perfect Getaway
This house was perfect! It was completly updated, clean, and had everything we could possibility need. It was close to the beach which was lovely. We had a slight problem with the wifi password but it was quickly resolved. We would definitely book again in a heartbeat!
