Spacious designer decorated condo on 64th Street (El Rosa Condo) with ocean view and dining from one of two private balconies. This spacious 3 BR 2 BA condo offers a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, TV, washer/dryer, A/C. ceiling fans, high-speed internet, and private parking. Unit is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Master bedroom has a king bed, and the other two bedrooms have twin and queen sized beds, along with a pull-out sofa in the LR. Unit is on the top (3rd floor) of a 12 unit duplex which is only 100 feet from the beach. This location is great for kids since there are no streets to cross to get to the beach. It is within walking distance to shopping, dining, entertainment, grocery store, fitness center, and night clubs. This condo is great for romantic getaways or family vacations.

Amenities:Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, vacuum, balcony and beach furniture, TVs, stereo, A/C, outside shower area, dishes and cooking utensils provided, and more. All you need to bring are sheets, towels, and food. We rent only to guests over 25 years of age and renter must be present during the entire rental period. We do not rent to high school or college students without family adults present. No pets and no smoking. Activities:There is a deli/market directly across the street, as well as a Domino's Pizza, and other shops. There is a popular ribs/barbeque restaurant two blocks south and several restaurants just north as well on Coastal Highway.

There is a sports/health club only two blocks south. Swimming, boating, hiking, boat or jet skiing, cycling, running, amusement parks, golf, and more.

We have rent this condo on the second week of august and its was perfect !!
Its was very close to the beach the condo was very nice eand very clean !
We where a total of seven peoples 4 adults & 3 children.
Everybody sleep well & add a great time !
We will rent again this condo !
