Location is convenient walking distance to grocery store, restaurants/bars, shopping, fitness centers and night life. Perfect for children, no streets to cross to get to the beach. Unit is non-smoking and meticulously maintained; no pets allowed.
Amenities:Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, vacuum, balconies, chaise louges, outside dining on deck, beach furniture, TVs, stereo, A/C, outside shower area, dishes and cooking utensils provided, and more. All you need to bring are sheets, towels, and food.
We rent only to guests over 25 years of age (families) and renter must be present during the entire rental period. We do not rent to high school or college students without family adults present. No pets and no smoking.
Activities:There is a full grocery store directly across the street, as well as a Domino's Pizza, Five Guys, Dead Freddies and other shops.
There is a sports/health club only two blocks south. Swimming, boating, hiking, boat or jet skiing, cycling, running, amusement parks, golf, and more.
