  • $199/Night, $999/Week, $3500/Month.

    * Rent three times and get a free two-night stay!
    * Each qualifying rental must be at least a two-night stay and rent for the full $199 per night plus tax and cleaning (“rent three nights, get one free” promo excepted).
    * Free two-night stay can be used on any non-holiday weekend.
    * Offer applies to Murph’s Hideaway, as well as our other three cabins (The Pines, The Grove, and The Valley)
    * Promotion is retroactive beginning January 1, 2009

    Weekly, monthly, and weekend rates available.

    All rates are plus $75 cleaning fee and tax!

    Nightly Rate: $175.00, double occupancy, per night.
    $20.00 Per person extra (up to 8 people)

    Holiday Rates: 3 night min. stay at $250.00 per night

    Weekly Rate: $999.00.

    Monthly Rate: $3500.00.

    2 night minimum stay is required weekly.

    2 NIGHT WEEKEND STAY: (Fri, Sat. nights, up to 4 people): $400.0
  • Vacation properties are often booked many months in advance and the property will be held for your use. While the property is being held for you, it obviously cannot be rented to someone else. Therefore, like cruise, tour packages and airline tickets, when booking/reserving a vacation rental home, you will need to make a full or partial payment up front in order to hold the property.

    Normally this is not a problem, BUT if you need to cancel your trip (especially at the last minute), you should know that you may forfeit a portion or all of your rental fees.

    If you have to cancel, we will reopen your reserved dates. If we can rebook the dates, a total refund will be issued. If not, your deposit can be applied towards another rental period, or forfeited. Note, all cancellations will be charged a $50.00 service fee.
