be concerned for safety if you stay here

My family and I stayed at this condo on our vacation in May, there are definite safety issues with the "cleaning" lady. Beware, that at any given moment she may be barging in whilesyou or your loved ones are sleeping (taking a nap), with no warning. She doesn't knock, she just uses her key to let herself in, almost 24 hours after check in time. We arrived 4 hours past the check in time on the day we were scheduled to arrive, and she arrived almost 24 hours later, and had the nerve to tell us we got there sooner than expected, and she had to put rugs down. She acted almost as if she had something hidden away in the condo she needed to get to before someone found it.
Other than that, the bathrooms the size of my grandchildrens closet and both bathrooms smelling of urine and what looked like feces smeared on the door frame of one bathroon, the outside of the fridge not looking like it had been cleaned in quite a while, the make shift latch on the sliding glass door, the light not working above the stove and stove itself looking like it is straight out of 1970 and having NO space at all in the kitchen, it could be a nice vacation get away for TWO people, not 3 adults and 3 children all 4 and below.
The owner seems to be nice however, not very hopeful anything will come to pass with the cleaning lady, the way the owner sounded and not very apologetic, but seems to be nice anyway. And, easy to deal with.
Oh, by the way, the rules say no grills, and no trailers, however, there are trailers and grills being used, they just take their grills down to the pool area, which by the way is in the shade for a good part of the day and ridiculously cold at the end of May and has no heater. Just an FYI. Apparently you can take your "boat" on a trailer and park it out front and take up lord knows how many spaces, that was done while we were there, a huge boat at that, but as like I said earlier, you're not supposed to bring any type of pull along trailer behind your vehicle, unless ofcourse your on a motorcycle, we saw one of those also, taking up 2 spaces.
Good luck.
Owner's Response: I was notified of this renter's concerns two days after the departure. I was not given the opportunity to assess, verify and rectify any of the complaints mentioned in the response during the stay. After receiving the complaint, I had my cleaning person re-clean the condo and address specific concerns that the routine cleaning would not cover (cleaning the remote control, the light bulb over the stove, etc). As for the cleaner going in to put rugs down, there was a mix-up on her calendar for their arrival date--she thought they were due in on Friday when they arrived on Thursday. Honest mistake. I wish the renter had mentioned her cleaning concerns to her and those could have been taken care of during the stay. As far as the refrigerator and the stove, they work beautifully even though they are not new. This condo accommodates six people easily. Also, I inform renters of the condo association's policy on not having trailers, boats and outdoor grills. I strive to provide a CLEAN, affordable family vacation spot. My family and I stay in our condo and want others to enjoy what it has to offer.
