Beautiful and luxurious 2 bedroom condo, situated in the heart of L.A., and Beverly Hills. Within a two mile radius, you can walk to 2 shopping malls (Beverly Center, Trader Joes, TargetCity, and the Grove), L.A.'s finest dining, as well as tasty casual dining, pubs, nightclubs, spas, museums, parks, Cedar Sinai Hospital. Situated in the middle of a triangle of the finest 5 star hotels, including Sofitel, SLS, and the Four Seasons, and less than half of the price.

High ceilings, bright natural light and excellent views from the living room balcony, the Master Balcony and the second bedroom. You can see the Hollywood Hills and the whole downtown skyline. The building has amazing resort like amenities that are quiet, kid friendly and beautiful. All year round heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, paddle tennis court, handball court, BBQ's located in the rose garden and recreation park.

We came to Los Angeles to celebrate my uncle's 100th birthday. Our party consisted of me, my wife, my brother and my sister. We are all seniors, ranging in age from 67 to 77, and wanted comfort, convenience, and cleanliness. We got all three.
As per usual, I had researched the dickens out of VRBO properties, hotels, ... you name it, I looked at them...in depth. Andre's filled the bill just right for us.
My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom, my sister in the second bedroom, and my brother opted to sleep on the couch instead of the air mattress that Andre had provided to us for him, which would have worked just fine.
Andre's place looked best in the photos, and turns out they are a fair representation of the real thing.
The condo was especially great for us because we had two cars, and computers. There are two parking spaces in the underground parking and Andre has WIFI, and a phone. All very convenient. And the building has gated parking and a security officer, although we did not feel that the area was anything but safe, as far as we could see.
We had a great dinner at a nearby small trendy Italian restaurant Andre had recommended. We did some shopping for groceries at the nearby grocery store. The kitchen was well-stocked with excellent appliances, lots of dishes and spices, cutlery, etc. The usual basics all there. We could have shopped for all the food and just eaten in the apartment quite easily had we wished to do so.
In the morning we enjoyed the coffees that Andre had provided in the coffee maker, while we ate our cereal from Trader Joe's at the kitchen table.
We were handy to our destinations, bearing in mind that people in LA do not provide estimates to locations in distance, they do so in time to get there. LA drivers are something else. Watch out for that. You need eyes on all sides of your head at all times.
So, I had seen that there were some negative comments folks make about the condo, and sure, it is not perfect, but it is great value, and I have no hesitation in recommending it, particularly with that excellent host, Andre, who cannot do enough for you. He is the penultimate gentleman, very accommodating, which is appropriate since he is providing accommodation :)
As for those negative comments, okay, be aware that some folks have honest discontentment, which is to be expected for any place you stay. If you are put off by what they say, don't stay, but I believe that if you do stay there, you'll be glad you did. I was.

Recommend this lovely apartment

We had a lovely time here. Great views, close to the Beverly Centre, Trader Joes and Coffee Bean. The building has great facilities such as the pool, gym, laundry etc. Andre is so helpful and welcoming, nothing seems too much trouble. It was very clean and we had all we needed to cook in the well decked out kitchen. We met some really nice neighbours and it has a car park which is needed in LA. We loved it here and would recommend it to a couple or small family.

UK family stay. Had a great time here.

We have just finished a weeks stay at this apartment. Everything went smoothly thanks to the great assistance and communication the owner provided. The place is in a fantastic location next to the Beverly shopping centre with parking. It was clean and comfortable and we would certainly stay here again. I must admit that I was originally slightly put off by the pictures of the blue 80's style bathroom, however all of the other of the rooms including a 2nd bathroom are modern and up to date. This bathroom is still clean / functional and not at all as bad as it looks in the pictures. The pool is nice on site and we'll maintained. The gym is small and poor on site but there is a gym not far away. The Internet connection is pretty good. I would recommend this place.

A Home Away From Home!

My stay was from 8/05-08/12 and I felt so comfortable, safe, secure and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the condo. Andre was very helpful from my first inquiry about the condo right up until the day I left. I never needed to call Andre for anything during my stay because everything was perfect and I didn't encounter any problems. First and foremost, my biggest concern with renting in LA was finding a rental where I would feel safe and this condo was definitely that, safe. When we first arrived, Andre met us and directed us to the garage which was the first stop of the tour he gave us. Andre took us around the entire building and showed us where everything was. That was very helpful! The condo is on the 6th floor, a quiet 6th floor might I add, in an 11 story building. Everyone whom we met in the elevator or halls were very polite and kind.
Now, let's talk about the condo. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you in the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cups, spices and seasonings, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster...etc. There is even laundry detergent and fabric softener in the closet for laundry days. The washer and dryer is on the 6th floor, just down the hall. There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom with Dish Network satellite tv. There is wifi in the condo however it was a little weak but we mostly spent our time out, that it didn't really matter. The master bedroom has a king size bed with tons of closet space. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a shower head but the tub is a little raised and for some, it might be difficult to step into it. The master bedroom and living room have sliding doors that lead to a connecting balcony that overlooks S.San Vicente BLVD and the Beverly Center mall is adjacent to the condo. The curtains in the master bedroom are very sheer resulting in the room being very bright as soon as the sun came up. You might want to invest in a sleeping mask. There is also a little bit of traffic noise that you'd hear in the master bedroom but nothing that was intrusive. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in shelving/storage unit that was very useful. The second bathroom has a full size tub with a shower head. This condo is in the heart Beverly Hills;within walking distance of shops restaurants and a short drive to all the major attractions: The Grove, Hollywood Walk of Fame,Hollywood sign,Universal etc Don't look any further,this condo is the one!

very nice place

This is a nice apartment with a great location whose owner is extremely friendly and accessible. What more can one really ask for?

I was there for about a week with another two adults and my 3 year-old son and it was great for all of us. The pool is definitely a plus, as is the fact that it is walking distance to a supermarket, a mall, and lots of nice restaurants, quite a rarity in LA where one usually drives everywhere. Indoor parking is also very convenient and having two spaces is surprising for an LA rental.

I especially recommend it for longer stays as the neighborhood is less touristy (which can be bad if you're a tourist looking to do touristy stuff, which are great too) and more for locals looking for trendier shopping (especially on near-by Melrose), better restaurants and a more central location.

Only downside is that the master bedroom is a bit noisy because of street traffic (goes hand in hand with the location) but other than that a very recommendable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb Location and Very Comfortable Place to Stay

We initially chose this rental for the location. It is walking distance to everything you need! Restaurants, shopping and groceries are all across the street. The listing photos of the condo are accurate. It is as cute as it is comfortable. The condo is quiet and well maintained and is appointed with all the necessary equipment for living.

Above and beyond the great location and the comfort, the owner is responsive and extremely helpful. This rental with definitely be our first choice for accommodations on our next visit to Los Angeles.
