The home offers 1 level living with zoned bedrooms, included is a 6 seater Golf Cart/ 3 Adult Bikes with Helmets/Fire Pit/Gas Grill/Private Back Yard with side fence/Outside Dining/Patio/Coolers/Beach Service/Beach Bags/Beach Wagon/ Beach Toys & amenities GALORE!!

A comfortable King size bed awaits you in the main bedroom of this 4 bedroom home. We have had many guests reach out about our mattresses and bedding in wonders of where they can order it for their own homes.
We also insure that you have all you need to prepare wonderful meals in our large kitchen. Pots and pans, cutting board, knife block, utensils, salt and pepper. Enjoy friends and family as you prepare meals in the spacious kitchen that opens up to both living spaces.
Now included with your stay is complimentary beach service. This is between the months of March 1 till October 31st.

~ Our gated neighborhood has 2 gates. The North gate takes you right to the beach! It's known as "old scenic highway" or "the beach road". This puts you right around the corner from multiple beach accesses and beachside restaurants. Our street legal golf cart can navigate you to anywhere you want to go on this road, or other roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less.
~ The South gate takes you to the main highway. This is very convenient so you don't have to fight traffic on the beach road if you have plans to go somewhere else like the grocery store, shopping at the outlets, Restaurants, theaters or excursions. For those last minute needs, there is a General store at the entrance to the South gate on the main highway.
~ There is a smart lock that you will be assigned your own personal code that will automatically activate at your 4 pm check in time. There is a doorbell camera at the entryway as well. Feel free to ring the doorbell if you have any issues with the door lock for immediate help or feel free to call or text as well.
Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet in the hallway which is kept locked.

Paradise Retreat is a small gated community sitting alongside the Gulf Coast with just a short walk to the beaches and shore line of Destin where the sunsets are magical and the natural beauty is breath taking.

The home has on site parking in our private driveway. 4 compact cars can fit comfortably or 2 bigger SUV's or Trucks. There is no overnight street parking. We will have a 6 seater golf cart in the garage for easier commute to the Beach Road or for getting around the community.
